Job Description
This position focuses on the translation of our company’s articles and research reports covering geopolitics, international affairs, Buddhist culture, human rights, and related topics. We are looking for skilled experts to join our company on a remote, part-time basis. Compensation is performance‑based, with additional bonuses awarded for outstanding work.
Key Responsibilities
Translate articles, research reports, and other documents from English /Japanese (as applicable) into Tibetan, with a focus on geopolitics, international affairs, Buddhist culture, and human rights.
Ensure translation accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and terminological consistency in subject areas.
Essential Qualifications
Demonstrated work experience and knowledge in geopolitics, international relations, Buddhist studies, and human rights affairs;
Proficiency in English or Japanese (any one language) in addition to native or near‑native Tibetan, be able to produce accurate, well‑structured translations of academic or policy‑oriented materials;
Experience with translation projects in geopolitics or religious/cultural domains is a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
-$100-$200 for General Level (5 pages)
-$200-$300 for Specialized Level (5 pages)
